Lodges and Guesthouses

HomeStay offers a range of welcoming accommodations designed to suit every traveler’s needs, from cozy guesthouses and comfortable travel lodges to flexible temporary house sections. Each option provides a balance of convenience and character, whether guests are seeking a short-term stay, a restful stop along their journey, or a homelike environment for longer visits. With thoughtful amenities and accessible locations, our spaces are crafted to ensure comfort, community, and a memorable travel experience.

  • HomeStay  Travel Guesthouse – this is a smaller specialized B&B type house that is fully furnished.  Rentals are limited to less than 30 days. 
  • HomeStay Travel Lodge – larger with a specialized B&B type house that is fully furnished. Rentals are limited to less than 30 days. 
  • HomeStay Home Rooms – special sections of home.  The main part of the house is part of the HomeStay organization or partner, but a section (a furnished lower lever, attached cottage, etc.) is available for occupancy.  This option can include a dedicated space or occupancy during times when the house is open.

Lodge & Guesthouse Options

  • HomeStay Home Rooms  – B&B models tailored for short stays. Less than 30 days.
  • HomeStay Retreat Rooms – B&B models for houses in urban areas.  Typically located in remote areas.  Less than 60 days.

External Maintenance

  • Landscaping is managed by Joy Grass Cutting & Trimming
  • Tree care is managed by O’ Conner Trees

Nebraska – Beagle Cabin

Beagle Cabin is a 60-year-old farmhouse located in a quiet neighborhood in western Omaha. The residence spans four floors and is equipped with central air and heating, offering year-round comfort. The property includes a single-car garage.  This property is available under the Traveler Guesthouse option for individual stays. A minimum stay of three days is required..

  • Travel Guesthouse ($1.80-$2.40 per square ft.)
  • Travel Lodging ( $2.25-$2.85 per square ft.)

HomeStay Lodging Guest Enrollment helps us welcome participants who are prepared to engage with the expectations, and responsibilities of the HomeStay Lodging process.

Enrollment gathers the essential information needed to begin your HomeStay Travel. Whether you are entering as a Lodging Guest or as a HomeStay member, this process ensures that each person is aligned with the standards we maintain and the supportive environment we cultivate. Our goal is to create a clear, respectful, and well‑structured experience from the very first step.
