The PathWay HomeStay Rental Program, administered by There and Back LLC, provides residential rental opportunities There and Back service locations within the continental United States. These homes are designed to offer flexible living arrangements with utilities included, ensuring convenience and accessibility for renters.

Property Features

• Utilities Included: All rental agreements include standard utility services.
• Furnishing Options: Select properties are available furnished, while others are offered unfurnished to accommodate renter preferences.
• Rental Basis: Rental rates are determined by the cost per square foot in the local market.  Example: In Reno, NV, rental rates are calculated at $2.00 per square foot.
• Maintenance Fees: Certain rentals may include fees that cover appliance insurance and neighborhood Homeowners Association (HOA) costs.
• HOA Compliance: If a property is located within an HOA-controlled area, all rules and regulations established by the HOA shall be strictly followed.
• Pet options:  rent additions can be negotiated for including domestic animals.  Livestock is not accepted.

Dedicated Space for Company Use

Some rental properties include a dedicated space reserved for There and Back LLC, typically located in the garage or a storage closet.  This space is maintained by the Company and is not part of the renter’s leased area.

Renovation Options

All renovation projects must comply with local building codes and HOA requirements, where applicable.

• Renter-Initiated Projects: Renters may request renovation projects at their own expense, subject to Company approval.
• Company-Initiated Projects: Renovations initiated by There and Back LLC will be completed at the Company’s expense.
