Maintenance & Upkeep – Execution of regular inspections, timely repairs, and strategic upgrades to preserve and enhance property value. Typically, the Property Account management will coordinate with local property management organizations. Adherence to housing codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and community well-being.
Financial Stewardship – Development and oversight of budgets for repairs, utilities, and capital improvements. Systematic tracking of asset depreciation, rental income, and return on investment. Organizational growth through property acquisitions, including improvement and restoration initiatives that strengthen long-term value.

In There and Back, the Property Account role is assigned by region to work with property needs or to coordinate with external companies. HomeStay properties are residential units, travel based unites , or complex managed. Property management roles include the physical structure, land, and associated amenities, as well as the financial, legal, and operational responsibilities tied to ownership or stewardship.
There and Back’s HomeStay programs will be documented with specifications and offerings maintained through There and Back. This will include online agreements, lease information, and property packages.
