Request Process (What We Do)
Requests provide a clear channel for customers to engage, inquire, or request support through participation engagement, general inquiries. Contact process will provide information needed. There and Back PathWay (There and Back LLC) supports four requests:
- PathWay Home Network– HomeStay and Haven Stay
- PathWay MarketPlace
- PathWay TavelLink – movement and transportation
- PathWay Resource – assistance and product configuration
There and Back LLC operates on the basis of clear agreements with our clients. Every engagement begins with a structured process designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and There and Back LLC relies on agreements with our clients. The initial step is through an email.
Response –
After assessing the request, There and Back LLC will either:
- Accept – if the request aligns with a current offering or initiative.
- Decline – if the request does not align with the company’s mission, vision, or service framework.
Positive Acceptance Follow Up
When a request is accepted, the next step is the creation of a lease, contractual agreement, product invoice, itinerary, or an agreement of work.

- All statements of work must be measurable, specific, and mutually agreed upon by both the client and There and Back LLC.
- The contract plan ensures accountability and provides a shared roadmap for successful completion

Request Workflow for Home Network
After the initial request, the assigned property account manger will work with the potential resident on an Resident Application form. Once accepted There and Back Pathway will provide a lease and a property package.
